The actions described in this Privacy Notice (the “Notice”) apply when V4 Final, Inc. (referred to in this Notice as “V4”, “we” or “us”) processes the personal information that you provide us via your interaction with this website, whether browsing casually or by sending your information to us for follow up.  “Processing” refers to any actions we take on the information, such as collecting it, using it, storing it, or disclosing it to others.  As required by regulation, this Notice describes the contexts in which we process your personal information, who else might have access to it, and what rights you can exercise and how to exercise those rights.

V4 operates in the State of Oregon, but does business with clients around the world.  Because of that, we have drafted this notice to ensure that you are aware of information relevant to data protections applicable to a wide range of individuals, including those in the European Economic Area, United Kingdon, and California.  The Notice is long and complex because it must be for us to meet our legal obligations, but until global politicians make it easy for the rest of us, we’re doing our best.  You can always contact us with questions at privacy@v4final.ai.
